After meeting unbecome111 online, we talked a lot about our love for electronic music, exchanging demos we’d made online. After hearing some of his music I knew I’d love to have him as part of focusonthe.

I love the soundscapes created by unbecome in this release, as well as the accompanying single (exclusive to the cassette!) “a toxin misfire atop pod y”. We had a lot of fun conceptualizing this album, as well as creating designs for the physical release.

As well as this, unbecome created a website to tease this release, with some cool secrets allowing you to hear snippets of the album before release.
